[META] Track 9: Trial experience for Starshot

Summary

  1. Phase 1: Evaluate, compare, and decide on the best approach to implement a trial experience for Starshot.
  2. Phase 2: Ability to export trial website to local host (e.g. Zip-file + DDEV)
  3. Phase 3: More seamless transition from trial to one or more hosting providers

This work is already underway with a working prototype, but there are many questions and issues still to resolve.
