Closing this issue as outdated, in the 1.2.0 release, the `routing.yml` file is used for the configuration form.

The appropriate step here would be to mark this "fixed" and give radheymkumar the appropriate attribution, rather than just closing it because you've fixed it in your other repository. Thank you.
