Consider other dropdowns as toggles

Problem/Motivation

📌 Improve the categories filter type in context to the rest of the filter component ui Needs work will likely be committed with a few shortcomings to keep scope reasonable.

Currently there are dropdowns for three different things that used to be radios. Radios aren't perfect, so we did dropdowns. Dropdowns aren't perfect either, so maybe what we should consider is a "toggle button" where there's a pattern like:

Actively Maintained [ o ---] Show All

Actively Maintained [ --- o ] Show All
