I'll admit I don't fully understand bigpipe or some of the other stuff involved here. But this seems to work.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.

In Drupal core, child issues are typically required to be fixed before the parent issue is closed. So, there shouldn't be child issues outside of the drupal core project. To help with the management of core issues, I am changing the parent issue to a related.
