Now the user is opening up bulk "Fix the issues reported by PHP_CodeSniffer" along with a few more README issues.
Will flag on Slack for review during the week.

On November 8th Concern was raised Skynet Technologies use of "Contributor roles"
https://drupal.slack.com/archives/C5ABFBZ5Z/p1731058526468309
Note: Skynet's name was not explicitly confirmed in the thread. It was suggested it was Skynet based on the directory listing and counts matching at the time. No DA staff or reporter disputed the analysis.I see. In the past 12 months they had 13 issues and we had 259. So what brings them a lot more credits compared to us are not issues contrib?
@LuukybSome minor questioning (during the previous warning) pointed out that at least one employee indicated sbineg a Usability team meber sinc 2016, however they had no credit or record of ever attending a usability group meeting. It is noted that the Usability group creates D.O. issues with credits for each meeting.
See: https://drupal.slack.com/archives/C0451JV7HRD/p1727692997349159?thread_t...Similar can be shown for the other employees of Skynet Technologies.
Random sample:
https://www.drupal.org/u/aayushi-y → : 6 month old account, assert member of usability, zero issue credits on D.O.
https://www.drupal.org/u/kinnarig → : 6 moth old account, assert member of usability, zero issue credits on D.O.
https://www.drupal.org/u/vajag → : 6 moth old account, assert member of usability, zero issue credits on D.O.At this time (Nov 16th) it appears https://www.drupal.org/user/3726987 → appears to still be banned. We would need @hestnet to confirm if the user ever responded to requests.
@fjgarlin stated on Nov 8th:
we are going to be contacting them. it clearly feels like an abuse of this feature. it might take a few days for all of this to remediate (contacting them, removing those roles, recalculating weights, etc) but just wanted to let you know that we are going to be addressing this with them.

It would be helpful if the DA provided an update and confirm this is a formal third strike.
