Add pagination to Batch Operations list

Problem/Motivation

The original design ✨ UX design for script run sub-module Active for the BatchOperations list called out the need for pagination.

This issue is to cover adding pagination.
The pagination should work filters or not.

Pagination on BatchOperations list is not as critical as ✨ Add pagination to BatchOpLog table on BatchOperation page Active . That one is much more important due to the size of the BatchOpLogs.
