Mini pager need to be styled

I solved the issue of mini pager and full pager styled and also attached patch,
please review and verify.

Hi, Applied patch #3, no visible changes were observed.

Applied patch #3 i see some changes to the mini pager like font size change, list style removed and also the pager items styled using the flexbox. But there is no background color update for the pager items like we are aiming similar to the main pager. I am adding post patch screenshots for both mini and main pager.

Hi, I have applied MR 57. The mini pager style looks good, but I found a minor vertical alignment issue with the 'prev' and 'next' texts. It feels like they have moved slightly down.

I have applied the MR !57 cleanly and it Resolves the issue.
Please check the screenshots for the same.
