Implement Form Interface to Add reCaptcha validation modal

Great work @Emircan, disappointing to see community is not active to at least review and merge the code!

This issue currently has a status of Needs review → . Once it has been peer reviewed (and in this case, when the tests are updated to account for the changes) and the issue is moved to Reviewed & tested by the community → , I'll be happy to coordinate getting in to a release.
