Fixes are made on on 11.x (our main development branch) first, and are then back ported as needed according to our policies.
On mobile, the toolbar tray stays open after clicking "Back to site" and blocks access to the page.
1. Change screen to 450px
2. Go to /admin/content
3. Click hamburger menu to open the tray
3. Click "Back to site" icon
3. Page loads, but the tray is still open, covering the page
