Update the Drupal logo on the project page

Created a copy of the logo with the proper displacement in white, so we can replace it.

That wide logo looked awkward with the text. We currently only have the Drupal logo but no displacement, so here is the new one with proper displacement too. Ran through imageoptim.

Updated https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal → with the second.
