Focal point preview doesn't work on media image form

Problem/Motivation

The preview link on the media/add/image form opens a new window with a broken Ajax output.

Steps to reproduce

With the enabled media_library_media_modify module go to the adding media image form /media/add/image.
Upload an image and click on the preview link.
The new window will be opened with a broken AJAX output.

Proposed resolution

Exclude the route 'entity.media.add_form' in the _media_library_media_modify_focal_point_replace_media_library_preview function.
