Excerpt from Slack (@agentrickard): 10.3 updated the DraggableListBuilder and moved some items to a Trait. We shouldn't have to load that Trait directly, but maybe we do?
Testing on Drupal core 10.3 beta 1 this problem breaks the site completely. This issue needs to be fixed before Drupal 10.3 has been released.
Tested the patch attached at Comment#5, with domain 2.0.0-beta1 and Drupal 10.3. It's working.
Tested and working here too, with thanks for the WSOD fix.
