Prepare Drupal/Test/Component tests for conversion to attributes

Had to download to visually make sense of all the changes OptimizedPhpArrayDumperTest but these were just test updates that didn't seem to break anything. Nothing stood out from looking locally.

OptimizedPhpArrayDumperTest is just reshuffling code that was into curly brackets in the namespace, to change it to plain namespace + uses + class on the same level. In fact it's just mostly removing 2 spaces from beginning of each line, no code changes, only whitespaces.

Yep looks fine. Committed/pushed to 11.x and cherry-picked to 11.0.x, thanks!
