Undefined array key "vote" Error

I have resolved this issue "Warning: Undefined array key "vote" in votingapi_tokens_tokens() (line 70 of modules/contrib/votingapi/modules/votingapi_tokens/votingapi_tokens.tokens.inc)" and also attached the patch,
please review and verify.

I'm usually pretty opposed to simply adding isset() to make errors go away.
Is there some reason that the default 'vote' type doesn't exist?
