Port of "Shorten" Module to Drupal 10

As Drupal 10 emerges as the latest major release, many websites are transitioning to this new version. Unfortunately, the essential "Shorten" module has not yet been updated for Drupal 10, a crucial tool for sites requiring integrated URL shortening capabilities. I urge the development team to consider porting this module to maintain its utility and support the evolving needs of the Drupal community.
