Form not styled

I have fixed the issue please review the patch.

I have applied the patch, and now it is working as expected. Attaching screenshots for the same.
Note:- The form title is displayed differently. Previously the title was Contact Us and currently, title is displayed as Website feedback.

I've reproduced the issue and tried to apply a patch;
but the patch is failing at my end

@riddhi.addweb because you are seeing website feedback form that's why it is show that heading if you will see contact form then it will show heading for that.

ravi kant → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

Patch also not applying for me.

Patch created by @Aakansha Tyagi is working fine, made few changes in the patch and created MR.

Applied MR!12, the contact form is now looking fine for mobile and desktop, for tab devices the spacing in left and right doesn't look equal. Attached ss.

I have fixed the style issues.
