Dropdown is not shown if the same field is shown multiple times on the same page

Problem/Motivation

It seems like the Tagify widget doesn't work if the same field is shown multiple times on the same page.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a paragraph type with an entity reference field with the Tagify widget
  2. Create a node type with a paragraphs field
  3. Add a node with two paragraphs. On the first paragraph, the Tagify dropdown will work. On the second it won't.

Proposed resolution

I'm not sure what the exact problem is, but maybe use the ID attribute that's assigned to the input to determine if a field is unique instead of just the field name.
