I don't think we should be removing the (mocked) from the Drupal.org tab at this time. The reason that we have the "(Mocked)" text is because we don't currently have a json api endpoint to pull the projects so we have a mock endpoint which is just a flat json file in the project.
After we have the endpoint I think we should move forward, but until that time we should continue to note that it's mock data.

I realise that it is a mock endpoint, but I donβt think that is relevant to the end user, since itβs the only source available.

Thanks to @phenaproxima, recipes are now browsable in the UI.
To show this in project browser (ie wiithout starshot):
1/
ddev drush state:set project_browser.allowed_recipes '[starshot_multilingual]' --input-format=yaml --yes
2/ Got to project browser settings and enable drupal.org source. - Status changed to Needs work

Hmm no, i don't see recipes when i do the above, just "Drupal" and also, this would be more confusing if you removed "(Mock)" so i would leave it for now, imagine this situation that I am in here without the "Mock" label.

I'm obviously being a bad user, and doing something wrong trying to enable recipes.

I think it would be fine? Drupal core and Drupal.org are distinct?
