PHP deprecation issues with AutoSaveFormBuilder

@kevin.bruner currently WxT 5.2.x requires ^1.2 for the drupal/autosave_form module - https://github.com/drupalwxt/wxt/blob/a1337ab5895df15b3c06171006c040a4d1f8f059/composer.json#L15. This means if you want the latest version you can just run composer update drupal/autosave_form and you will get the latest 1.x release (1.4). Then you can add the patch from the autosave_form ticket you referenced, to your project level composer.json file to resolve.

Adding WxT patch here in case it take a while to get the autosave_form patch included in a new release.
