User login, destination get cached

Problem/Motivation

On my site i have a problem with the destination query parameter being cached. It is cached the first time someone logs in. And then the destination is always the same for every new log in for all the users.

Steps to reproduce

I have no idea what is causing this, so I don't know how to reproduce.

Proposed resolution

I have found a solution that works for my site. But i'm hoping there is a better solution out there. I just haven't found it yet.
I have tried several solutions within my custom module, but none of these seem to work.

You probably have a custom or contributed module that is not properly using cache contexts.
