Hamburger menu icon having more spacing

Hi, reviewd the MR 6 . Applied cleanly and fixes the issue of extra spacing.

Verified using MR 6! - 3443737-hamburger-menu-spacing
The patch is applied and hamburger is now properly aligned in mobile view

Testing steps :
1. Add event theme
2. Enable the theme
3. Navigate to Homepage
4. Switch to mobile view
