[4.x] Replace old config.ymls in drowl_media_types with the new definitions from our "Vorlage"

We shouldn't forget the information provided in 📌 Update drowl media types responsive image styles & references Active , when we are tackling this issue.

Mostly done in 📌 [Meta] 4.x config changes Active so I think we should postpone this and handle further config updates with care.

Before we do anything further here, we should first switch our Vorlage config to have English as base language. The hardest part is that currently all fields etc. are German by default and have to be translated after export again and again.
That's from history, but bad for the future.

But that's a very large thing to change and we'll need a lot of time, concentration and tests to not break anything. This also affects all other configs in the Vorlage. So let's postpone this on that and later on come back to this general thing.
First step should then be to create a general task for that in CU.
