Admin Toolbar Extra Tools perfomance issues

Problem/Motivation

when you install sub-module Admin Toolbar Extra Tools , every page is loaded slower (black screen until the page is loaded).
Once you uninstall it and use just Admin Toolbar it works fast as expected.

Does anyone experience the same issue ? I have tried with 2 different web pages and 2 different drupal versions (9.11 and 10.2.5) with the same results.

pages load is significantly reduced once this module is enabled.

By default it is not impacting any performance, could you please check the settings you have made in this form admin/config/user-interface/admin-toolbar-tools, or are those the default ones?
