Symfony\Component\Routing\Exception\RouteNotFoundException: Route "robotstxt.admin_settings_form" does not exist. in Drupal\Core\Routing\RouteProvider->getRouteByName() (line 206 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/RouteProvider.php).

@isalmanhaider, can you be more specific about which Drupal version you faced the issue? I've tested this on Drupal 10.2, and the module was uninstalled without any problems.

I also verified it with the version you mentions above also with PHP 8.3, it working for me as expected, Looks like it is a cache issue, please clear the cache then verify.
