Let users know about the new ability to locally host friendlycaptcha

Problem/Motivation

Through ✨ Add a local endpoint Fixed , we added the ability, to have a local endpoint for the captcha service. Unfortunately, this isn't currently documented anywhere.

Document the local endpoint in the README.md and let a maintainer document it on the module page as well.
