Core removing upgrade tests and the module
Here's list of changes to add to module after following will be commited
- 📌 Removed unused update test fixtures Fixed
- 📌 Remove deprecated modules from update testing database dumps etc. Active
- 📌 [11.x] [Meta] Tasks to remove Action Postponed
