Problem/Motivation

Drush throws fatal error after update from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare Drupal\core_event_dispatcher\Event\Entity\EntityBundleFieldInfoAlterEvent::$bundle in /web/modules/contrib/hook_event_dispatcher/modules/core_event_dispatcher/src/Event/Entity/EntityBundleFieldInfoAlterEvent.php on line 43

Downgrade to 4.0.0 fixes the error.

I had the same issue after updating. Deleting the module folder and reinstalling through Composer fixed it for me. Might have been a leftover file from a patch or something like that, but seems to be fixed in 4.0.2.
