Table layout breaks with long strings and content

The problem with adding vertical align top here does cause quite a a lot of things to break elsewhere.

It might be better to remove that change.

Thanks for reporting this issue! It reminds me of another issue that I think was fixed recently (I think having to do with modal content or something), so it would be worthwhile to search for other existing issues related to Claro and wordbreak handling. We might need a more general fix in the theme.

Patch needs re-rolling for 10.3 as no longer applies with composer patches. Width of table stretches beyond viewport of the screen.

Added IS standard template.

Uploaded screen shots before and after. Migration id needs to be long.

Same would apply anywhere where length of string is longer than the screen.
