Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the module on drupal 10 for php 8.2.

2. When we trying to duplicate quick tab it it throws below error.

TypeError: call_user_func(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, function "quicktabs_machine_name_exists" not found or invalid function name in call_user_func() (line 275 of core\lib\Drupal\Core\Render\Element\MachineName.php).
