Bring this to Drupal 9/10/11

Problem/Motivation

The module emulates the familiar Sackoverflow way of evaluating questions and answers. This function can certainly be used in forums created with Drupal 9, 10 and 11. Therefore, the module should be ported to a modern version of Drupal so that it can be further developed in the future.

That doesn't work. Just changing the info file may be not enough
