Remove strict config schema validation override in tests

Problem/Motivation

We currently override the config schema validation in our tests, as we get schema validation outside this module. The following issues, need to get resolved, before we can remove the protected $strictConfigSchema = FALSE; entry in GenericDrowlParagraphsBsTestBase:

• 🐛 Add missing "default_value" schema definition for the "value" property RTBC
• 📌 Fix incorrect paragraphs.paragraphs_type.xxx.yml "ui_style_options" definitions Postponed
• 🐛 Micon missing schema for its fields definitions Needs review
