Check / fix translation settings for all paragraph types

Problem/Motivation

We need to carefully re-check the translation settings for all paragraphs types so that the exported config in the module is correct.

@Anybody will do this with @Grevil in his local environment to export the configuration into a MR afterwards.
First we should finish and merge 🐛 Fix / Adjust tests, schema, configuration and more Fixed
