First off, updated to provisional because of the clause regarding security coverage.
I've worked with Timo for 6 years. He is currently our head of Drupal updates and upgrades. For this he handles all our dependecies around updates and scripting that process, enabling us do update all our sites in minimal time, measures in hours not days.
He has been doing this for a few years which means he has a lot of expierence with the real world impact of uograding modules.
recently he started contributing to drupal-rector to help the upgrade process.
His specific knowlegde will be extremely helpfull for the working group.

Timo is Head of Drupal Updates within our organizations. He has a lot of experience in upgrading Drupal projects, both in fixing contrib modules and custom modules.
He always communicates clearly and reasonably. Likewise, he would be a great addition for this working group!
