More link form elements only appear for fields named "body"

Problem/Motivation

More link options are not shown for fields not named "body"

Steps to reproduce

  1. "Manage display" for any node type with a text field not named "body"
  2. Edit any text field not named "body"
  3. Set the "Format" to "Smart Trimmed"
  4. Click the gear for formatter settings
  5. Tick the "Display More link?" checkbox

Expected: Below the "Display More link?" checkbox, a number of other More-link-related fields ("Display More link only when content is trimmed", "Open More link in new window", etc.)
Actual: Only the "Display More link?" checkbox is shown
