The changes with release 1.2.10 and issue https://www.drupal.org/project/cookies/issues/3422880 ✨ Convert CookiesKnockOutService in service Needs review of the cookies module are breaking changes, because etracker is using that class.
The following error raises the white screen of death for drupal installations:
Error: Call to undefined method Drupal\cookies\CookiesKnockOutService::getInstance()
Replace the CookiesKnockoutService class with the cookies.knock_out service
