\Drupal calls should be avoided in classes, use dependency injection instead

Hi, I have reviewed the patch #2 it resolved all the dependency injection issue but still there are so many issue found by phpcs issue.
Moving to RTBC.

This is wrong as it doesn't call the scheduler settings parent, it also must be done as a merge request now.

#4 hasn't been addressed, there are also many other such calls reported by phpstan.

I've removed all the drupal calls (mentioned by phpstan) and used dependency injection instead, please check it.

There are still many conflicts which needs to be resolved. Hence moving to needs work
