The UI is inconsistent when editing a translated node with paragraph. Even though the user cannot drag and drop the existing paragraphs, the table field with weights shows up, giving the false impression that the order can be changed.
If the user changes the order, then the usual error message stating that some properties can be changed only on the original language is shown.
1. create a content type with a paragraph field, choose the STABLE widget
2. add paragraphs to the original node
3. add a translation, see that the weight numbers show up in the table
Hide the table column altogether in this case.
I have added a patch.
However, I wonder if this fix can only be applied to drupal 10.2?
