I recently upgraded a multilingual site to latest of everything (including going from 10.1 to 10.2 and one thing l immediately noticed was that when editing the translation, I was seeing the order select and its label on the edit screen where on the still running 10.1 production site it's not there (see screenshot).
After comparing versions of both paragraph and eventually core I tracked this down to

(which appears to be causing issues on
several contrib.
Basically, among other things, a column was added to the multiple_value_form field template, which broke the logic that paragraph was doing to hide these fields on translations.
