[frontpage services region] Tools for picking icons missing

Problem/Motivation

sshop d8 demo had Fontawesome icon picker active in text editor. this is why frontpage Services can not be made with Custom Block. in full formatter.

b. use current best replacment (ck 5)
general reminder: css for the layout is directly in theme for frontpage. this tools is not very complex -- SHOULD BE a custom block.
