Embedded view display doesn't allow having exposed filters in block. This is useful when someone would like to display the exposed filters in a different place in a page.
After implementing it, the action for the exposed form won't be correct. This is due to

The change is currently missing an automated test that fails when run with the original code, and succeeds when the bug has been fixed.
