Typos in Project Update Working Group Charter.

I think I got them all. Some are just formatting changes for consistency.

All of the improvements look great. Super straight-forward obviously better.

Found one minor problem. Left a comment on the commit since there is no MR yet.

Thanks... was using the GitLab editor which doesn't have the best contrast/accessibility (maybe it's a setting I can change though). Will fix.

Back to needs review.

I read the changes and they are correct and improvements.
