Verified MR12 and 13, on MR13 @Tanushree Gupta only the read more button is styled, and on MR12 both the read more and comment buttons is styled.

I think the work has been already done and now it needs to be reviewed. So moving it to NR.

The issue is not getting resolved after applying the patch. I think you've missed some nested selectors for which the style is not getting applied properly on those buttons. Attaching screenshots for easy reference and moving it back to NW.
