Create Consultation 1.0.5 release.

Hi.

I have tested the current 1.x-dev branch and everything appears to be working correctly, however it is showing a failed Gitlab CI Pipeline (https://git.drupalcode.org/project/consultation/-/jobs/855721)

But all the issues outlined above appear to be implemented and working.

Removed the test because it didn't have any real test in it. Now the pipeline doesn't fail though has some warnings. The warnings can be cleaned up in another issue as they are for coding standards... unless you want to create a ticket and fix the coding standards first @Toby Wild.

Created a META issue with child issues for each type of warning. That work doesn't have to hold up this release though.
