Core Gutenberg Library Implementation - Workshop

One Workshop with WordPress Gutenberg team and Drupal’s core team/Decoupled Layout Builder initiative to set up strategies to use a common code base for Gutenberg/block editor and its components and find ways to collaborate. Start with the possibility of cooperating on this project initiated by Automattic: https://github.com/Automattic/isolated-block-editor. Ideally these collaborations should kick-off with in-person workshops. The outcome of the workshops will be the delivery of the next documentation:

The collaboration workflow - how to contribute to the code base and how the review process will work.
Specifications for the common code base. Determine the common components and describe how to fully “isolate” them from WordPress.
