File mime type and other file related words in the dictionary

That was an error. I have updated the IS.

Personally I think we should wrap the long lists of these in cspell:disable/enable tags, and then perhaps individually ignore the cases in tests. These aren't real words, more like machine names, and if we add to the lists in the future we shouldn't need to consider them as spelling mistakes then either.

Tried that approach in MR!6918, only "msword" remains as it's used in a few more places - maybe we add this one to the dictionary? Not sure.

I didn't choose the option of enable/disable because there is an issue that adds a script to check 'cspell:ignore' lines for words that can be removed. Even with that I think this is better for readability, less clutter.

I add ignore lines for msword because it is only 4 file.
