When more content is loaded, move focus to first new result

Problem/Motivation

When using the keyboard to navigate, loading more content with the Show More button keeps focus on the button and all new content is loaded above the button, so you need to tab backwards to get to the new content.

This is could be frustrating for users who use the keyboard or other assistive technology.

Steps to reproduce

Using the keyboard:

  1. Tab to the Show More button, and activate it to load the new content
  2. Tab again, and focus will be below the newly loaded content

Proposed resolution

After new content is loaded, move focus to the first item in the newly loaded content.
