Fix is here:
When testing 📌 Create Quant release 7.x-1.4 Fixed , found that you can choose robots.txt seed option when there's no robots.txt file. This may also be an issue for 1.x branch but I didn't test.
Hide the option if the file doesn't exist.
The robots.txt option won't show up on the Seed tab if there's no file.
