Verified the issue using Patch - footer_css_fiixed-3414717-2.patch
The menu looks better , but the titles are not aligned . Also the mobile view is not right

The patch is applying for me without any error. Hi, MR 20 applied cleanly and fixes the broken footer issue. Attaching the ss for reference.

Hello, applied the MR!20, footer CSS is now appearing, left and right spacing does not seem equal, attaching ss for reference. In the second screenshot, I've placed two blocks in one region.
