If anything needs to be adjusted on the Email Registration side I am happy to do that.
I could try creating a new release of 8.x-1.5. There have indeed been some commits since the last release, so that could be worthwhile to do anyway.

Thanks @greggles, maybe that'll work? I found 💬 Translation file for tfa 8.x-1.3 module release not found Postponed for "Two-factor Authentication (TFA)" where 1.2 is present, version 1.3 was skipped, but 1.4 included on https://ftp.drupal.org/files/translations/all/tfa/ so maybe a new release for Email Registration will fix it?
I also found https://localize.drupal.org/issues and updating the issue title to match the template.

Strangely, Email Registration 8.x-1.4 is listed under https://localize.drupal.org/translate/projects/email_registration/releases
Also, my translations about 24 hours ago are not registered ... see also 📌 When is a new translation made available? Active .
