Add suggestion to include answer for "when will a new translation be available" on the https://localize.drupal.org/issues page.
It would be nice to know approximately how long it takes before a translation is available.
For example, it could be added on https://localize.drupal.org/issues at the bottom of the "Issues and requests" main section:
When will my translations be available?
The localization server imports all new translations added via https://localize.drupal.org once a day, so they should be available within 24 hours.
It could also be added on the https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/multilingual/translating-site-interfaces/e... → page.
